Coming next month (October 20) at the The Penn State Symposium on the Arctic: U.S. Chairmanship of the Arctic Council and Strategy for the Arctic Region, several of the U.S.’ leading experts as well as experts from Penn State will discuss climate and security issues in the Arctic.
